Event Music Packages

Standard Wedding Package

Begins at $450

Includes prelude music as guests arrive, full ceremony music (processional and recessional), one custom song request, and coordination to ensure a smooth flow for your wedding day.

Ceremony + Cocktail Hour Bundle

Begins at $850
Includes full ceremony music (prelude, processional, and recessional), two custom song requests, and continued live harp music during cocktail hour to create a warm and inviting atmosphere as your celebration transitions.

This package is ideal for couples who want a seamless musical experience that carries beyond the ceremony and into the first moments of their reception.

Other Events (Private): 

Begins at $200

Background music for private events, banquets, parties, and more! Each additional hour is $175. Christmas music begins at $225 for the first hour.

Rehearsal Attendance: 

$200 flat fee

  • 45 minutes of rehearsal
  • No additional travel fee unless the roundtrip is over 100 miles.

Song Requests:

$75 per request

  • Covers preparation, arrangment, and possible sheet music fees for a song not included on my standard repertoire.
  • Medley requests are capped at 5 songs. 

Travel Fee:

$50 per 50 miles roundtrip

Event Details

  • I prioritize being respectful and understanding first and foremost for every event. 
  • I will dress appropriately for the event either in accordance with the dress code.
  • I bring all necessary equipment: my harp, music stand, sheet music, stand light (for darker settings), and chair if one is not provided.
  • Currently, I do not use a speaker or amplification equipment. Adding the mics to the harp is optional and must be available at the venue if necessary.
  • I will arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. 
  • All event details are final 30 days before the event date. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount is due 30 days before the event date. 
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before event: The deposit can be refunded or applied to a future date if the event is rescheduled.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of event: The deposit is non-refundable to cover preparation and lost opportunity. 
  • Cancellation on the day of or no-show: Full payment is due, as I have reserved your event date and turned down other opportunities.
  • Any reservations made within 7 days of the event date require full payment and are non-refundable as the date has been reserved and other opportunities turned down.
